Review is for the series. I really liked this trilogy! The characters were a little hard to get comfortable with in the beginning, but I stayed with the books because I love the relationship between thieves Loch and Kail. Their banter really reminded me of Michael J Sullivan's Royce and Hadrian. The banter was corny and the characters came off as corny in the first book, too, but I'm really glad I stayed with it because I was so disappointed when it ended. Hear that, Patrick Weekes? I would love to see more stories about these two, even in prequels or novellas. This is a fun series, particularly if you like the LitRPG genre. The story is wacky and fun and the characters are definitely unique. Great story! Fun read!
